General Admissions Guidelines

Parents are encouraged to visit the school along with their child’s previous academic record. A preliminary interaction with our Admissions Team is recommended and it is advisable for both parents and the child to attend.

After the first interaction, you may submit the enquiry form and await further communication regarding seat availability and subject options.

Upon seat availability, an application form will be issued. The following documents will be required at the time of submission:

Documents Required

Attested copy of birth certificate (for Nursery, KG and Class 1 admission).
For Class 2 and above: Transfer Certificate is required before joining. For inter-state students, the Transfer Certificate must be duly countersigned by the relevant education authority.
For Class 2 and above: Previous year’s report card.
Copy of Aadhaar Card (student and parent).
Proof of residential address (any one: Passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill) along with payment proof from the parent’s account.
Vaccination record for Nursery to Class 1; Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a registered doctor for Class 2 to 12.
Adoption / Court order of custody (if applicable).
Proof of Alumni: Class XII Certificate / Marksheet / Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
Proof of sibling studying at GD Goenka Vadodara (if applicable).

Important Notes

- Ensure the form is completed accurately before submission. Incomplete or incorrect forms may lead to rejection.
- Once submitted, no further changes can be made.
- Transfer Certificates must be submitted before admission confirmation; however, for inter-state transfers, TC may be submitted post-admission as per norms.

Entrance Test & Interaction

For Class 11, an entrance test may be conducted based on subject selection, followed by an interaction with the Principal.
For KG to Class 5, interaction will be conducted by the Primary Academic Team.
For Class 6 to 12, interaction will be scheduled with the Principal.
